Hello! My name is Carrie Brown, I’m twenty-something and live with my hubby Eric in Moscow, Idaho. We have lived here for over 2 years now and this is where I work from home and my husband is a football coach. Before living here, we lived in Indiana for a split second, and before that I was born and raised in Fresno, CA where Eric and I met in high school. 

I would say more often than not I am thinking about food. I am one of those people who is always taking pictures of the food I make or that I am eating. Sometimes I find myself thinking of meals I had months ago and want to recreate it myself, or go back for more. I will even bookmark restaurants I want to visit in other cities, even if I have no plans in the near future to actually go to them, it’s like my own personal food bucket list. I believe food is about living in the moment and enjoying every bite, finding balance, creating memories, preserving traditions and showing love for others.

So here I go!… I have decided to begin my blogging journey as a way to keep all of my cooking and eating adventures in one place where it can be shared with you. I don’t claim to know everything and will sometimes be learning along the way, but isn’t that part of the adventure? My hopes are to bring inspiration to your life, provide free entertainment, or just have a space to keep my recipes and food explorations all in one place.
