Thought I’d share a bunch of fun pictures from our adventures this summer and reminisce on all the good times

We had a blast over the past couple months with lots of travel and weddings and got to see so many of our favorite people. We attended 3 weddings together that took us to beautiful places like McCall, ID, Lake Tahoe, CA and Wente Vineyards. We were able to go to Fresno, Sanger and Visalia, CA to visit family and spend the 4th of July week. I even got to go to my besty’s bridal shower! We spent a long relaxing weekend with family in New Meadows Idaho where we ate a lot, paddle boarded and went out on a boat. We even got to rent a jet-ski on Eric’s last weekend off in Coeur D’Alene, ID and that was icing on the cake to possibly our funnest summer ever. Literally everything we did this summer worked out so perfectly, and I kept telling Eric that every thing we did was the funnest part of our summer and we just kept topping it.  Now Eric’s a week into fall camp and our summer has officially come to an end. When I start feeling sad that it’s all over I think back to something we did or someone we spent time with and it makes my heart so happy! Also, when I think that the first game of the season is only a few weeks away I get SO excited. I can’t wait to see the Vandals #raisethebar this season and have family and friends visit to help cheer them on.

Fresno and Visalia, CADad’s classic bunny earsCongrats to my barbie besty 🙂 her shower was so special. We hadn’t seen each other in almost a year! We totally cried when we saw each other – can’t wait for more wedding festivities! The french toast was delish 4th of July fun! It was the best 4th we’ve probably ever had – lots of swimming, family time and competition involved. Oh and eating…too much eating to be in a bathing suit all day but so worth it! Vallarta is the Disneyland of grocery stores. If you haven’t been you must go – the meat section is INSANE! Wish I had more Grandma and Momma time in my life! 

Wente VineyardsOur nieces are the cutest flower girls – and best dance partners ! The most gorgeous wedding, so happy we could be a part of it! ♥♥♥Missing one brother-in-law and a nephew. I’m so thankful for everything we got to do, see and enjoy this summer! If we could do it all over again I totally would in a heartbeat. Hope you’re having a wonderful summer and get to enjoy the rest of it before it’s time for football, cozy sweaters, turning the oven on again and pumpkin everything!
