One year ago today I shared my tiny little blog with the world, it was nerve wracking and exciting all in one! I was elated to have something that was mine, that I felt passionate about and had something where I could create and share about my life and love for food. This little blog keeps me busy and gives me a place to reflect on all things good in life. I love that I’ll be able to look back on these times and recipes and see where we were living, what adventures we were on, and how life was inspiring me in the kitchen. I love finding inspiration from people and places or things I see and coming up with my own recipes to share with those who want to follow along on my journey. I love this blog of mine and I’m so proud of where it’s come in the last year. I’m excited what the future holds even if it means giant piles of dirty dishes, sometimes eating our meals when they’re cold so I can get the right shot (sorry EB 😉 ) and extra time at the gym from all the extra eating. #cbovereats
